Sunday

Hi Everyone,
Well, here it is Sunday. Last day here can't believe it has gone so fast.

Corona, I baked 38 dozen cookies to bring here. I gave them out to as many as I could. There were more people here than they had thought and more than I had thought. Some got a whole dozen and then passed bags around to people to try at the presentation.

I am sure everyone got tired of looking at my head, as the web cam was right behind me. The Ubisoft presentation was great. Saw some neat stuff about Myst 4. The Greeters presentation went perfect. No glitches or sound problems. It was a wonderful video and believe it touched everyone and hopefully let everyone know just how much URU meant to all of us. Cat'ja made it and she even was wearing a red shirt. So we knew it was her right off the bat. Forgot yesterday that RR_Caz is here also. Tho he does have a bad habit of being there on minute and then poof he is gone.

I just wish everyone was here. It is such a great experience. So great to see everyone. Now will have to plan for the next one, this is going to have to become a annual event now for me. Now I have to try even harder to get to the Aussie one. Let me see what can I sell off. hummmmm

I am just now waiting for the bunch to group up for breakfast and then not sure what is happening today. Devon and Devonette and family left today. Missed them by a few minutes. darn no Granny hugs for the trip.

Later all Granny/memiki

Grannie..
Please pass this on to the other GOG (and THANKS for the (unexpected) gift of cookies! They were great!...

I just want everyone to know what a great experience I had as Mysterium 2004. This was my first Mysterium, and I didn't really know what to expect. I was a little 'lost' as to where to go, what to do.. but upon entering the hotel lobby and seeing a GOG shirt, I felt like I was back in "Live" and all I neeed to do, was find the greeter, and ask them what to do next smile Everyone was so incredibly helpful!

Meeting Kha'tie, Dan'ni, Dusante, Wolfie, etc. etc. was one of the coolest things about Mysterium.

I had always heard a lot of talk about the 'family' that Live created... and wasn't really sure what everyone was talking about until I saw it in action! The concern, friendship, acceptance, and down right love that the GOG shows for each other.. and for those of us 'newbies' really impressed me. It's not just a game.. it's real! In retropsect, I think I missed out on some great times with you all by "hanging at the fringes" during my Uru Live experience. But I hope I've made some new friends this weekend!

THANK YOU a million times to the GOG and the Mysterium committee for putting on such a great conference. I sincerely appreciate all the hours of work, sacrifice of personal time, and even the money spent to make Mysterium 2004 such an amazing event!

I hope I get to know you all a lot better!

Ain't they neat? hug

I just went through all the webcam pics posted here. Finally, I can see whaty all that lag prevented me from seeing. Yep, it's Cat'ja! That red shirt & blonde hair! lol I really wish I was there.

Who was that woman with the long wavy black hair that seemed to be conducting events & looking totally exasperrated in several shots? lol

Also there was a woman with kind of strawberry blonde hair who was showing some CD jewel cases & the 10th Anniversay Myst set. She looks familiar from previous Mysterium photos.
