Back Into The Frying Pan...

Sadly, I am back home. The heat is on here. Over 100 when I arrived in St Louis. Made the hour + drive back home and got the vehicle unpacked.

Actually got some breakfast, this morning, Adnil & Memiki were arriving at 6:45 to pickup Wolfie and I. The depression, that was going to be the theme of the day, started when I walked into the breakfast room at the hotel. Just a few people, not the mass of Mysterium folks that had brought the room alive the past few days. I got something to eat, but didn't feel quite as hungry as I thought. Got checked out and waited out front of the hotel for Adnil & Memiki. Supergram was there too and we said goodbye, as her cab pulled up.

The Adnil Airport Express arrived and we climbed in and made our way to the airport. Holding back tears, we said our goodbyes at the curb. See you in the cavern and hopefully, next year at Mysterium. Wolfie and I killed the approximate two hours by discussing all things Guild of Greeters and the events of the past four days; (wow, did they go fast) As the time came for me to get to my gate, we said our goodbyes and parted. I headed over to security to disrobe and Wolfie off in search of some coffee!

The flight was uneventful, (Yay!), and I'm now back at Havoc Resort...

Adnil & Roland need many thanks for trucking us around over the weekend. I'm not sure what we would have done without their help and generosity.

The staff at the Ramada were great and I hope everyone filled out the questionnaire letting the company know this. From the front desk, to Ken, who assisted us in the breakfast room, they put up with our crazyness and helped make our stay a great one.

Thanks, too, to Ran and Scraper, for their hard work in getting this all putt together. I know that there were others, many thanks to all.

I plan on posting more photos as I get to them, as do others, so don't stop checking the Blog, just quite yet!

Here's to hoping everyone who has the slightest desire to attend the next Mysterium has the opportunity. See one and all in 2007!
